Glad you’re here.
Since before I can remember, I’ve always been interested in a little bit of everything—different hobbies, interests, and careers. I’ve never been able to stick to just one lane, and honestly, I love that about myself. A few years ago, I was introduced to Human Design and started aligning more with who I am naturally. A lot has happened since then: I married my husband, Dan, in January 2022; had our son, Jon, in May 2023; and became a stay-at-home mom in December 2023. In the past, my “About Me” sections have read like a resume… this time, I’m sharing all of me.
Born and raised in Sonoma County, I absolutely love the place I’m lucky enough to call home. I was your classic hometown girl—varsity cheer captain, ASB Assistant President, and part-time grocery store cashier. After high school, I went to Santa Rosa Junior College and then graduated from Sonoma State University in Spring 2016 with my Bachelor’s in Business. During college, I worked decorating cakes, handling event deliveries, and planning celebrations. I even did a stint as a bank teller and found opportunities to travel, before finally finding my groove in wine country. After graduation, I jumped into the Sonoma and Napa wine industry, starting in tasting rooms and eventually moving into hospitality and events management at beautiful, high-end wineries.
In 2020, Dan and I bought our first home! Fast forward to now, after having our son, I made the shift to stay home with him and help grow my husband’s business. I’ve been learning photography, video production, and diving head-first into the world of social media—connecting with small businesses and finding my own way through it all.
And that’s what brought me here. I have many passions, and this is the space where I’m bringing them all together—to be your event-planning bestie, help you pick the perfect outfit for family photos, encourage you to chase your dreams, and support others doing the same. I hope you enjoy discovering local businesses I love, along with curated collections of my favorite finds.
I’m an open book. I love sharing my experiences and helping others grow. You can follow along on Instagram for more of my day-to-day life—and hang out here for everything else.
Cheers,
Brittani
